Tanzania
Tanzania participated in the East and Southern Africa sub-regional meeting held to validate the decision-making tool. A country-specific decision-making framework has been developed by the Tanzania Malaria Vaccine Secretariat that was established in 2009 for this purpose. The group has been meeting regularly since then and is working to collect the data required for effective decision-making about possible malaria vaccine implementation.
