Socio-Cultural Data

The PATH Malaria Vaccine Initiative (MVI) has been working with countries to support the planning process for malaria vaccine decisions. For example, with regard to socio-cultural data, MVI has been working with partners to conduct studies on community views and experiences related to malaria and vaccines and to assess expectations of a possible malaria vaccine. Such information would be particularly relevant to the future development of communications strategies.
